Dr. Alec Ruland is the best! This was my very first visit to any chiropractor ever and he made sure to make me comfortable, listen to my needs, and find a plan that worked for me. He was professional, attentive, and kind. His location is very clean and the staff is extremely friendly. Everyone made my first experience very smooth and comfortable. I look forward to my future visits as the first visit provided relief to my lower back pain.

I just want to say my previous chiropractor was my first chiropractor to see and I saw him for over a year and would still be seeing him if I hadn't moved. I was looking online for a closer chiropractor and found this office and since the first time I walked in the front door the staff has been very nice and greeting me by name as soon as I walk in. This place is fantastic! I was scared I wouldn't find the experience I had previously, but this office is great and you get the feeling they truly care about you and your well being. Dr. Alec is great and does a fantastic job with your adjustments and listening to what is going on with your body and assessing how he can help. Awesome place for all of your chiropractic needs!

I’ve been in the Army for 13 years trying to make it to 20 years, so that I can retire and give my family a better life. Dr. Ruland made it possible for me to feel like my neck and back will actually hold up for that long. I’ve been to other chiropractors, massage therapist, acupuncture, and physical therapy. He’s the only one that could help me get away from a lot of the pain I’ve been experiencing for over 10 years. I appreciate him and his staff, they all made me feel super welcome and made appointments and treatment less stressful. Thank you all for everything!!!
