My boyfriend and just moved here and They had the cheapest prices. Our seller Mike was very personable and even threw in a free washer hose. When the delivery came; Adam installed our washer and dryer. We had to wait for the hose for someone else to bring the hose and the entire time he was a delight to talk too. When the hose came they even threw in a free dryer vent as a “Welcome to Texas” gift. Adam even ran a cycle for each to make sure there was no issues. I really recommend this family owned company not only for their price but, they go out of their way to make you feel like family as well. :)

Great people, I will recommend them to anyone. I bought both washer and dryer, unfortunately the first dryer did not work. But they were able to switch it out since I was still under my 30 days warranty. Second dryer works great. Very happy customer will go back if ever I need any appliance. Thanks guys 😊

Very friendly, used snap finance to purchase a champagne set. They delivered and hauled away!

Bought fridge and washer dryer sets for self and kids. Kids washer dryer wouldn't fit and Cross refunded money. The remaining washer n dryer, fridge are all perfect. Easy to work with and I will go back to Cross for any future appliance needs. Highly recommend.
