Replaced a gate and opening system. Seems to have done a good job, but we’re having trouble with the gate opening by itself during the day. We’ll see how it’s handled by Mike, but so far, so good on craftsmanship. We are pleased.
10/8/19 UPDATE:
Called them about the problem above and a week later, a repairman showed up. Paid $105.00 for nothing. Still the gate opens by itself. Called again on 10/3/19 and have yet to see a repairman. Beginning to think I was too hasty with my good review. Beginning to not be so pleased. What good is a company if there’s no customer service?!
