A friendly and safe place to get high-quality jiu jitsu and self-defense instruction. They have a structured curriculum, so I learn something new every single time I go. I have consistently trained there for 1-year now, and I have never gotten injured. Coach Tony V is an incredible instructor and an overall great guy. His wife and children who help run the gym are genuinely nice and welcoming people. Great family atmosphere. Great for people at any level, from those with no experience to black belts. Highly recommend you check it out.
