Staff personnel are ready answer questions if they know but if not will tell me who can help. No complaints from me.

All staff so helpful and kind. There is always actually and residents seem happy!

At Keeneland Nursing and rehabilitation. All of the residents appear to be happy and well taken care of the staff at Keeneland nursing and rehabilitation goes over and beyond to provide their residence with the most respectful, loving, well-being, home away from home.

The Adm Becky, the DON Jacob and the AD Tina have been very attentive and did great followup when our Mom had Covid. I had one minor concern since her admission to the facility and Becky actually held a training in service meeting and spoke with all the staff. That's going above the call of duty. They are a good group of conscientious folks. Our Mom is happy there and loves her roommate.

Visited my family today and all staff were attentive and friendly. The facility was warm, clean and I know they are taking great care of my father. I appreciate the hard working, dedicated staff from the office to the certified care staff, housekeeping and kitchen. Thank you all, we're blessed to be part of your family.
