After TA in Weatherford left me high and dry on the side on the road at 7pm on a Friday I called SARGENTS. The ladies in the office were very professional. They had their mechanic Anthony give me a call. Anthony was great to work with. Highly professional. We were able to coordinate him picking up the necessary parts. Anthony arrived to my location exactly when he said he would and had my truck up and running in less than 15 minutes. (Broken idler pulley). Thank for the great service! Curtis. Landstar.
We broke down in Dallas. Had the service truck out and it was determined we couldn’t drive it so we were towed to their shop in Weatherford, TX. Gave us courtesy rides to and from the motel. We were leaving in about 30 hours. Great service and every single employee we dealt with was kind & professional. If you’re OTR and need help I highly recommend the folks at Sargents!
