I have had a great experience at Platinum Electrolysis! Stephanie makes you feel so comfortable, and the new technology is amazing. Unwanted facial hair has been my nemesis for years but I am thankful that Stephanie has helped me get rid of it for good!

Stephanie is amazing! She makes you feel at ease and her salon is very nice and clean. I would highly recommend her for electrolysis. I have been dealing with chin hairs the older I have gotten and being on hormone replacment therapy. Stephanie has alot of knowledge in this area and I am so glad I found her. What I have appreciated most about Platinum electrolysis is the dedication to PERMANENT results. Finding the best course of treatment for you to get the best results achievable! Stephanie has been amazing explaining the process and setting realistic expectations! Professional and personable. Stephanie makes me feeL comfortable even though everyone who is seeking hair removal wants the hair gone so having someone up close and personal can be a bit uncomfortable. But not with Stephanie! I have felt absolutely zero judgment from her! Truly a top notch experience at an affordable, reasonable cost! I refuse to go anywhere else for my hair removal needs!

If you have issues with unwanted hair - Stephanie is the one to go to. She does a great job, will not charge for time not used and if she misses something she will fix it. And she is affordable.
