I had hail damage on my shingles. Chad Lee helped me work with the insurance company (or rather fight the insurance company) for the money to replace the roof. We replaced the shingles with a metal roof and it looks amazing. Chad is very detailed oriented and wants his customers to be happy. There was a corner that he didn't like the way it was laying (i didn't even notice) so he redid it (I never said anything about it in the first place). That showed that he cares about the quality of the work of his crew.
