GREAT EXPERIENCE!! Mark supervised the replacement of the bumper on my 2007 Ford Mustang. The front desk attendant Jennifer was amazing and so kind. I got my car back in record time. It's looks FANTASTIC!!! Communication was excellent through the complete process. I will be recommending them to ALL my fiends, family and co-workers.

My car had damage from a deer hit. They fixed it and worked all the details through insurance. Kevin, from the Service Dept ,gave me regular updates via text. That was much easier than having to call and ask for updates. The process was fairly easy throughout.

I had my vehicle worked on and they did a great job. It took awhile but they had to order parts, paint and we also had bad weather which accounted for most of the time. They did make sure to keep me updated.

From the first phone call, to picking my keys back up, Caliber collision was very professional and kept me in the loop during repairs. Jennifer was the first smiling face at the front desk. She was very helpful and created small conversation while waiting for the rental car. Troy was the main guy that I dealt with and oversaw repairs on my vehicle. He was also just a friendly and knowledgeable. Thank you caliber for helping us make our car look great again !
