Wonderful service from working with the office staff through the repair itself. Cannot say enough positive things about this company. I hope we don't need to use them again for awhile, but they will be our first call if we have another plumbing issue.

At a time when it was hard to get plumbers to return your call, Douglas Plumbing was answering phones and making appts. They did an excellent job of keeping us informed and scheduling. Jason showed up on time and was able to swap out broken water heater with new one without having our water off too long. Very professional and courteous. They will be our go to plumbers from now on.

Angel was by far the most helpful operator who I spoke to among numerous plumbing businesses I called. We, like so many others, had our water heater burst in the winter storm. She got us worked in that day which was amazing.

Jason is super professional and reasonable with his services. Had another plumber come out and wanted an arm and leg for work he said needed to be done which didn’t. I highly recommend this company!
