F45 Training Willow Park

F45 is my favorite place to workout! The coaches are amazing! The workouts are challenging and different everyday! I truly look forward to going each morning !

I haven’t been serious about working out for quite a while. As soon as I got done with my first work out at F45 I knew they would be my second home! They are so welcoming and they constantly cheer you on. I crave more workouts every time I walk out the door!

I have completed 10 classes so far and I am impressed with the workout and coaches/trainers. The workouts give you the opportunity to really challenge yourself and are tailored to fit just about anyone. I really like that it is an encouraging and motivating environment where you can meet your fitness goals. Highly recommend trying the free sessions, and signing up for something that will improve your health and fitness!

Everything about F45 Willow Park is worthy of 5 stars. The trainers and coaches do a great job of demonstrating the workouts prior to class and then motivating you throughout. The gym is very clean and well maintained. The workouts aren’t repetitive or boring. They’re hard and somehow they make it fun! I drive 20 minutes each day to go to F45 because it’s simply the best. There are many gyms much closer to my home but they can’t compete with F45. This is the best gym experience I’ve had in my life! I highly recommend the one week free trial! That’s how I got started.

I've been a member of F45 for well over a year and love to visit other locations when I'm traveling. I am staying near the Willow Park club and have worked out here for the last two days. It has been such a great experience. The coaches are super friendly and motivating, and the members are very welcoming and made me feel right at home. It's a clean facility in a great area. I can't wait to come back! Thank you F45 Willow Park!!!!
