This place is a true gem in Parker County. The brewery and its food has evolved over the years, all for the good. Their beer has continued to get better. I think they shine with their stouts. Their IPAs aren't bad, and I'm glad to see them continuing to work on them. I believe they'll get there on the IPA game soon enough.
More importantly than anything else is their food quality. Their pizzas are absolutely amazing. All my foodie buddies I take there agree. Highly recommend checking them out!
Pizzas run around $12-$15 I believe. So with beer you're in the $20-$25 mark per person.
I Love this place. The perfect mix of craft beers, food, environment, location, and the best assembled staff I’ve had the pleasure to meet. They work so hard and I want each one to know how much I appreciation them. People like Sheri and JT (my absolute favorite bartenders ever) are the reason I have made this my #1 spot to come for a drink. Amazing people, service, and experiences happen at Parker County Brewery!
First timers at PCB. We went simple and were very happy. Their House Salad is done with fresh mixed micro greens, olives, cherry tomatoes and grated cheese served with your choice of dressing. And we had the Chicago Style Pizza for two which was pretty good for this far south of Chicago. Rounded out the meal with a Blonde Ale that had a nice smooth flavor. Great place for beer and wine and simple eats with friends. They have a nice patio area too
Staff were super friendly and had a clean and put together feel. Unfortunately they were out of some of their most popular beers, but I guess they're that good if they ran out! Also tried their Casket "nitro" beer which was delicious.
