I placed a order for Lucchese boots from the Willow Park Texas Store. I spoke to Toni the Sales Associate I informed her I would like to place a order for a pair of Lucchese boots I ask her to make sure the boots where not damaged she said they would be new boots. I spoke to the store management they where horrible I spoke customer service bad experience I spoke the District manager to annoy me further she text me photos of damaged boots worse damaged then the ones I received horrible Company and Management is horrible experience for me.

Incredibly friendly staff. I tried on lots of boots and the staff was very patient and helpful. I was impressed with their selections. Enjoying my new boots and look forward to shopping with them again.
