  The counselors at Counseling and Wellness of Heath are the very best at what they do. As a pastor, I have the opportunity to interact with thousands of people over the course of a year. What I have learned is most all of us need to sit down with a counselor from time to time to work through a variety of issues. The team at Counseling and Wellness of Heath is well prepared to help every person, regardless of their stage in life, to sort through a variety of issues in a safe, professional, and authentic manner. I fully recommend them to you and your entire family!

  I worked for Lauren Coats as an assistant the summer before moving to Austin to pursue my masters in counseling. I learned many valuable skills during my time at Counseling & Wellness that will help me in my career. Lauren and all of the counselors were great to work with and the office space is gorgeous! Lauren and the other counselors are kind and professional. For anyone looking for a therapist in the Rockwall/Heath area I would strongly suggest Counseling and Wellness for top notch quality and care.
