Pablo's Restaurant and Cantina Heath

Pablo’s is one of the best places to eat in Heath TX, there is nothing to compare it to around here. Don’t come here if you are looking for a cheap experience because that not what they serve. It’s FINE dining. A great addition to our town!

Too busy on Friday early evening. There was a guy STARING at us, waiting for our table!!!

Also, missing BURRITOS on the menu!

The presentation is awesome, some original plates, NOT truly Mexican but pretty good!

Had a good dinner here! Located in an old strip mall, don't let the outside fool you. The owners have done a great job of decorating a dreary old space! Chips and Salsa were excellent, chips were hot and the Salsa was excellent. Ordered Guacamole and it was a generous portion and seasoned just right. The owner came by and was very pleasant and happy to see everyone. We ordered the skirt steak and beef quesadilla's. Quesadillas were to die for! Skirt steak was...well, Skirt steak. My piece happened to be very tough (well duh!) not the fault of the restaurant. My suggestion is to change your beef dish to Rib Eye like most other "upscale" Mexican restaurants have. We live close-by and will be back often. I'm looking forward to tacos and enchiladas next time!

Always love going to Pablo’s both Fate and Heath locations. The owners always try and get you seats asap. Staff is always checking to make sure your time there is enjoyable. Drinks are strong! Food is delicious with a fresh take on authentic Hispanic menu! Definitely a great go to spot.
