Steavy & her team are just amazing! I have sold two properties with her and she always pays attention to detail, knows the market really well and goes way above and beyond just real estate.

One of the properties was a family investment that was in probate. We live out of town and Steavy made what could have been a painfully difficult process much easier as she helped schedule and meet vendors for us.

After we were under contract, we were made aware of boxes and content stored in the attic that the buyer wanted removed. Steavy and Sean saved the deal by getting stuff down themselves and meeting the junk removal company.

Real estate agents are a dime a dozen but having one who has years of experience and is willing to get their hands dirty when they have to, THAT is what makes Steavy (and Sean) absolutely priceless!
