Trans-Pro Transmissions Rockwall

I brought in my older Chevy truck with a 5speed manual transmission. They did an excellent job even though it was hard to get parts. They are very easy to work with and reasonably priced. I’m very pleased with their work.

Excellent experience. Had an issue with my truck show up so I stopped in to talk to Trans Pro and see about scheduling. Ended up bringing it back that evening after hours to drop it off. 1 week later and a few phone call updates, I had my truck back and fixed. Great price, great communication, great turn around time. Glad i was referred to them and will definitely back if I ever need any more transmission work done on any of my vehicles.

Thankful for this establishment. They had my truck for a week. Within 3 business days we were told what the issue was with our truck and were given an approximate time frame to get the part needed. The reviews I read were true in our case as well. Did you pay attention to the name "Pro" and the name says it all. This establishment is all that. This is the first day having our truck back. So far so good. Again thankful, because on how long it could have taken to get the parts and materials had me nervous. Just from reading other shops reviews let alone taken our truck to the dealership and how long it took due to back orders. I am grateful the Lord put this establishment in my research criteria and not to mention I 🙏 prayed over the cost to be in our budget and it was. ☺️👍💯. #happycamper. I usually don`t leave reviews unless they are bad, My transmission went out on my 1 ton utility van, I called them when other companys were too busy to answer the phone, I spoke to George, he was very helpful and explained what needed to be done. It took a little longer than i expected, but if a shop is good, they are busy and it will take a little longer. After the job was completed, the cost came in exactually what i was quoted without any upsells. I would recommend them to anyone, Thanks Again

When I stepped into Trans Pro Rockwall and saw how clean, neat and well organized the waiting room was, as well when looking through the window into where the shop area, there was no clutter, no greasy work tables with parts laying around, but a bright clean shop with professionally dressed techs. I knew I was in the right place to have my transmission worked on. George was informative and professional as a manager, calling and texting when the job was nearing completion.
