Called Mr. Art at 10:30pm on a Sunday and he showed up about 30 minutes later. Both of my ac units were acting up and it was 97 degrees in my house. In less than an hour he had both units back online and blowing cold. He showed me exactly what was wrong with each unit (I couldn’t figure it out to save my life) and why. He also gave me advice on how to keep the units running efficiently and keep costs minimal. True professional that’s perfected his craft. Would definitely recommend!

Art does a great job. Not only does he know HVAC systems but he is also an electrician. I have used him for several different houses from repairs to full system installations and each job was done with quality. His name is on the company and he stands by his brand.

I woke up on a Sunday morning after a hard freeze to realize that the heat wasn't working! I got a recommendation for Art Electric & HVAC and left them a message, hoping that I could get an appointment for the next week. To my surprise, Art was available that evening to drop by and have a look at it. He popped off the cover, spotted the problem instantly - a blown fuse - and ran out to his truck to replace it. Problem solved, and the blessed heat started blowing again. His service call fee was more than reasonable, especially for a same-day weekend visit!

On top of that, he was knowledgeable, kind, and honest. He didn't even want to make a fuss about the weekend thing. I'd recommend him to friends and family alike. He's made a customer for life.

I dealt with Art Pond, the owner. He was very knowledgeable, professional and down to earth. I had 2 prior quotes for issues and repair costs for my HVAC system. Art did not exaggerate any of the problems and he did not try to over sell the solution. Art sold us a quality HVAC system at a fair price (better system at a lower price than quoted by the other two companies). Art's crew installed the new HVAC system. They were always on time, professional, knowledgeable (problem solvers). We couldn't be happier with the overall experience and the final outcome in dealing with Art Inc, Electrical & HVAC.
