(September 25, 2023, 11:06 pm)I stopped by the Estée Lauder counter to buy some Double Wear, the associate was so nice! She told me all about the presell. She gave me a sample of my favorite color to hold me over, I was going on a trip, till I picked up my purchase from the presell. Went to pick it up on the 20th and she helped me right away. Thank you to all the wonderful associates there at the Estée Lauder and Clinique counter. I will be back!
(August 27, 2023, 2:41 pm)I went in looking for a product to find out the store was out of stock. Cindy in the cosmetic area tried to help by ordering to no avail. Then took my number & actually called me back to state that inventory she was restocking did not include what I was looking for but would keep checking. So nice!
