I just picked up my 2020 Roush F150 SC from Ceramic Pro Rockwall and I could not be more pleased. Ceramic coating on your vehicle is expensive; however, it is an investment to last. My 1st call was to Chris and he was very detailed in the explanation of the process, value, and benefits of Ceramic treatment. Very knowledgeable and professional.
I dropped the truck off and Kevin met me with very detailed instructions as to what happens after the truck is left with them. The whole time I am nervous, Kevin helped calm my fears and helped me feel more comfortable with my decision.
Lastly, Brandon (The Technician) came to once over the truck and was very excited to work his magic. Brandon walked the truck several times and expressed his game plan on how to coat and protect the paint as well as interior with Ceramic coating.
I left my truck with them for 6 days and got the call my truck was ready to come home. Kevin and Brandon met me outside, and we walked the work together. We scheduled my 30 day follow up and they gave me a bottle of waterless wash spray to continue keeping the vehicle clean while continuing the coating to cure.
