I was impressed at the ease of researching the perfect Tundra for me online. I completed the online information to set up some test drives and I was quickly contacted by a sales associate. The next day I traveled to Toyota of Rockwall and was greeted by a welcoming staff in frigid temperatures. I was able to find the perfect Certified Limited Edition Toyota Tundra. I’m impressed by the warranty options and the Toyota Care program. I was able to make a good deal, but not a great deal because I did not think my trade in was high enough. The finance department was able to make me a lower interest rate offer and take off other fees to compensate for some of my loses. In my eyes I don’t think there is a better vehicle manufacturer than Toyota. Jake and Vanessa did a fantastic job helping me find the perfect Tundra for me! I will be back in the future to purchase another Toyota.

Hands down the best car buying experience. Bethany, our salesperson, was great! I highly recommend you ask for her specifically. The dealership had fair prices, required minimal negotiation as their prices were already very competitive. We negotiated some additional upgrades that had to be ordered. The upgrades arrived in a matter of days and they were installed by the dealer in a few hours. During those few days of waiting Bethany was in regular communication to provide updates and to make sure we were happy with the purchase. Even after the upgrades were installed she still followed up to make sure we were pleased with the upgrades. Keep in mind this was several days after we had already purchased the vehicle. They didn’t just sell it and walk away. We will definitely be bringing our vehicle to Rockwall Toyota for regular service. Thank you!

My girlfriend and I went in strictly to look and test drive a couple of models that we were interested. We spoke with Jason who was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about their vehicles. He asked all the right questions and ultimately got us into a brand new 2021 Camry which we weren’t even looking at to begin with. The car checked all the boxes that we were looking for and is a perfect fit for us. The actual buying process was very quick and straight forward, no confusion whatsoever. Working with Toyota of Rockwall has to be one of the smoothest car buying experiences I’ve had. We worked with Michael. he was very informative and you could tell he really cared about our wants and needs. Great personality as well as easy to work with. I don’t remember the name of the two gentlemen from the finance team but they went above and beyond for us and was able to make the deal happen, very close to the numbers we wanted. (Which is awesome given I didn’t have the easiest credit to work with). All in all I would recommend if your buying Toyota, Rockwall Toyota is where its at!
