Minced Meal Prep

Probably my favorite hidden gem in Rockwall. Steak and shrimp by the tub. Keto friendly. Steak tub last me the whole week. I wish more people knew about this place. 10 times better then any meal prep I have been to.

This place is amazing....the food is awesome and just what I was looking for to keep me on track while away from home...Customer service was very helpful and awesome as well.

This place is amazing! I went here based on reviews and I was not dissapointed. My husband and I are very busy and work out everyday, our nutrition was suffering due to being busy. Minced is a game changer. Delicious affordable healthy food. Jalepeno crema... Amazing. I got alot of food on my first order and there was not one single thing that wasn't amazing. I love that they are family owned and you can't beat the customer service.

Best restaurant in this area. Good German beer selection as well. It is German food, so it wont be the most colorful or exotic, so keep that in mind

First rime ever coming here and I had the chili which was absolutely AMAZING! She recommended it to me when I first got there and was not disappointed! Very tasty food and very nice staff!
