My husband and I really appreciated Dr. Platon! He was very kind, informative and professional. I can’t thank him enough for taking the time to explain what was happening during my nerve study. I felt very comfortable though out the entire visit. I would definitely use him again if I have any further problems. A first class person and doctor.
My appointment was a very positive experience. Everyone was very friendly and the biggest shock was that at no time did I have to sit and wait. I never felt rushed, but moved from station to station and saw Dr. Platon right on time. He listened and explained my condition so I could understand my options and the treatment plan he wanted to follow. A great team!!
Everyone in the surgical center are so caring and professional. I’ve been there about three times in the past five years and each time has been wonderful. The person running the center is doing a fantastic job. I would recommend Spine Team in Rockwall, which I do, to anyone!
We seldom have to wait very long. It is very clean and the staff is efficient. My appointment was mid-afternoon so I was unaware that I left my phone in the restroom until nearly 5 pm. I got Emily in the physical therapy department and she looked for my phone with no result. She promised to check with the office manager who was already gone for the day. It was after 1 pm when Emily called me back to report the office manager had just come in and had my phone locked in her office. I am so thankful.
Everyone was so nice from beginning to end. From the moment I stepped into the building, I was greeted warmly, and treated like, well-not just a "patient number" but as as someone in pain, and more importantly, as a person - and that continued throughout. Everyone was pleasant, helpful, and just genuinely seemed to be in a good mood-it was nice to hear "happy talk" and laughter in the clinic. It honestly helped to make me more comfortable. This was my second injection in a few weeks and I had the same experience both times.
Even though I was in pain, I saw another patient checking in before me who seemed to be in more pain than I was. The reason I mention that is that, not once, was I made to feel like my pain was not as "real," or that my procedure was less important.
Absolutely everyone, from the receptionist to Dr. Cooper (and Dr. Berg who did my first injection), to the MAs, to the anesthesiologist, to the nurses (and to whomever I may have left out), just made the whole experience go as smoothly and comfortable as possible.
When I am nervous, I tend to make goofy jokes and people were joking right back with me, making me laugh. One lady (I don't remember her name), was joking with me as I was being wheeled into the procedure room. The last thing I remember, as I was going to sleep, was laughter, and that helped me to relax before my injection.
I try to leave reviews, whether my experiences are good or bad, and I hope that everyone there will know how much they are appreciated.
