Horizon Auto Center

I brought my car in and left it because I felt pretty sure that I needed a total brake job. They called me at work to tell me that I did not need my brakes replaced yet and told me the exact mm thickness of brake pad remaining in front and rear. I mean...to know that there’s this much honesty and integrity going on at Horizon Auto...I’ll def return when it’s actually time for the work to be done AND now that I’ve visited them and learned about other services they offer, I’ll be switching to Horizon for more of my car care. Also, they were super helpful with transport between Horizon Auto and my second car at my home.

I looked up this shop on Google and they had almost a 5 star review. They are located very close to my house which was also a plus. When I originally called I spoke to Matt who was very nice and professional. He helped me the entire time my vehicle was with them. They got me in and out at a reasonable price with no issues. My car runs better than ever now and I am very happy with this shop. 10/10 for sure and I will be recommending this shop to anyone that needs work done. Thank you guys for doing an amazing job! I will be coming back here in the future.

My car was experiencing intermittent mechanical issues that were difficult to diagnose. Matt was an awesome communicator during the entire process, and the shop was ultimately able to diagnose and fix the issue. My car is now running smoothly and I felt like the price was fair. I appreciated the communication and transparency I received from Matt and team and will be back the next time my car needs servicing.

Every time we come in to have one of our cars serviced, we have an excellent experience with Horizon. No matter how big or small the job, they treat us as though our car is priority even though they’re working on other cars that day. They’re always busy , but never too busy to make us feel as though we are the first customers of the day. Quality work. Superior customer service. There’s no reason to go to anyone else. They shine.
