(June 1, 2023, 10:46 am)We rented a travel trailer from Quest over the Memorial Day weekend, and it was a fantastic experience. There was so much information about the rental service and the models available on their website, and Rachel was very responsive through email answering all of my questions. Once we settled on the details and reserved the unit my husband and I selected, all the paperwork was handled via email easily. Every time I had a question my email was responded to promptly and the customer service was top notch.
Pickup was very fast, and the technician (sorry, didn't write down his name) was VERY helpful and knowledgeable. He answered all of our questions and was thorough with his orientation to hooking up the trailer, towing, setting it up, etc. He went through all of the expectations from us, and how to return the unit on a non-business day (Memorial Day).
The unit itself was SUPER clean, and everything worked great. This was our first time camping in a RV/trailer, we were testing it out as alternative to staying in a hotel for events we attend, and we'll be doing it again. Renting from a company like Quest allows us to have access to a travel trailer when we need, but not have to handle the maintenance and upkeep between uses. Truly the best of both worlds.
HIGHLY recommend Quest RV, everyone we met and interacted with was very professional, prices were fair, and the equipment was clean and well maintained.

It was plugged in with everything operating when we arrived to pick it up and the customer service was equally thorough. Hitch and all equipment was included for the rental. The entire process was easy and convenient. Thank you!
(June 19, 2020, 7:16 pm)We recently had to relocated my 98 year old grandmother from Dallas to Detroit. Rented the U23 Thor motor home from Quest RV. and had an awesome experience, Sandy was very helpful in picking out the right camper to fill our needs. Camper was clean and everything was in great condition. Queen bed was perfect for grandma to rest along the trip. Staff was very informative in setting everything up. Cant wait for another reason to take a road trip so we can ride in style again, maybe for her 100th birthday!
(August 6, 2018, 6:17 am)We were wanting to experience an Airstream before we purchased one and it is difficult to find places that will rent them. However we truly found a hidden treasure when we discovered Quest RV.
We enjoyed out first week long adventure so much we just finished our second rental. Helen and staff were so helpful, knowledgeable and easy to work with. They know and we know we will return for rentals until we ultimately purchase one of our own.
(October 15, 2017, 4:57 pm)My wife and I rented a class C RV from Quest RV this past September. We were celebrating a very special occasion and spontaneously went into the location to book the RV for next day. We sat down with Sandy (who was amazing) and got everything ready quickly. I received an e-mail later that day to inform us that the RV would be ready two hours earlier than what they told us, which was great because we were ready to enjoy our little spontaneous vacation. The day we went to pick it up, we also met Helen which greeted us with all smiles. Although I've driven vehicles a lot larger (MTVR), this was my first time driving an RV. We had a very thorough walk around with a gentleman that explained everything there was to know. The staff there were so friendly and made us feel like family. Sandy even came into the RV right before we were about to leave to give us a little present from the Quest RV team. Such an awesome time and such an awesome group of people! It was such a short notice trip and they made it happen for us. This is now our go to place and they have made lifetime customers! We plan on coming back in December, see you guys then =) !!!
