I order the diverter spout w side outlet from Lowe's .com. Received this item and appears to be of good quality but the packing was not good enough to avoid damages during shipping. Recommend better packing technique. The pull up diverter knob was broken as seen in photo. Have some is with lowe's online sign up and email conformation from lowe's.com
I do not know if this tub spout has different metal finishes beside chrome plate.
