Miss Welden is an amazing counselor! She was my counselor during one of the worst points of my life. I was dealing with some heavy things in my life. I saw her weekly for almost a year. She taught me techniques to minimize my anxiety and how to be more mindful. She truly cares about what is going on with you and your life and is the best counselor I have ever seen. She also offers email support which is super helpful, my old therapist didn’t. I cannot recommend her enough!!

I have gone to therapy for many years and worked with different counselors. I didn't see much of an improvement until I found Nasreen.

She is a wonderful listener, gives insightful feedback, & has a kind heart- I feel very comfortable being vulnerable around her. This past year, I was going through a lot of transitions and fell into a depressed state. Nasreen helped me gain awareness around my situations and gave me much needed tools to deal with this low period in my life.
