Lice Ladies - Rockwall

What a gem! Great customer service! We worked with Rachel. She was thorough with combing through my daughter's hair and very knowledgeable. Prices are cheaper than competitors in the DFW area. Love the little salon... it's full of drawings from kiddos that they've helped in the past.

Amazing staff, worth every penny. Can not recommend enough.

Took my daughters here after my girls got lice for the second time this school year. My husband and I decided we were done picking through their hair and just wanted to let the professionals handle it.

I called first thing in the morning and they got us in at 11:30 that day. Rachel took my call and was great to work with. She explained pricing and details on the phone and sent me a text confirming our appointment along with their new address.

Our appointment was with Marie who was great. She was thorough and obviously knowledgeable. I feel confident she got everything out of my girls’ hair.

We go back in a week for a checkup. I do not anticipate a reason to lower my rating.

FYI. They’ve moved! I suggested the edit to google but it hasn’t been accepted yet.

Wonderful customer service! Rachel treated my daughter with wonderful care and was so reassuring. Service and treatment was worth every penny! Hopefully we never have to come back but so glad there is a place like Lice Ladies!!!
