UPDATE
I have now placed several orders here and I don't think I could shop anywhere else for my needs. They almost always send some extra goodies with what I ordered and the people on the phone are always super nice.

(April 25, 2019, 2:51 pm)This place is for LICENSED professionals only, no it is not open to the public, you need a cosmetology/barber/manicurist or esthetician license to buy from here (and they request a license number.) we went to school for 2+ years and spent over 20k on classes so YES we get discounted salon products, its one of the perks. Thank you I love this place and I don't think it should receive a bad rating just because it is not open to the public...
