(October 25, 2020, 3:58 pm)I have worked for/with Ridgeline Management Company for almost 10 years. Over this time I have seen many changes, most for the good. In my ten years I have never felt more supported as an administrator than I do now. They always answer my questions, continuously provide me with training and education to help me be a better administrator, and have gone above and beyond to ensure the care and safety of residents and staff during this trying pandemic. Our mission statement is carried out in every policy and procedure and I am grateful to have had a decade to watch this company grow.
