I can say about this place, it is incredible, the kindness, excellent service, especially Christina, very kind, very professional, a wonderful person, helped us obtain a marriage license for the guys from the church where my husband is a pastor. Thank you very much. I highly recommend it.
Deputy Rhonda helped us get everything we needed together to get married this week. We hit a few road bumps in the process and she jumped in and helped us get through it quickly. Thank you so much Rhonda!!
I went in during my 1:15 hour lunch to get a birthday certificate. You have to go through a metal detector. Security guards nice friendly. But when I got to the actual birth certificate office the two rep were wonderful specially the rep helping me which I didn't catch her name. But I got out of there in 20 minutes.
First government office that actually have a great customer service. Ms Avila at the county clerk was fast and very professional. My husband got his birth certificate in less than 30 mins .
I'm providing the Rowlett Count Courthouse with 5 stars because the experience of being in the office itself was pleasant and interesting although the reason I was there made it difficult to truely enjoy and appreciate the full impact of the buildings fine architectural design. The entrance has two entry points and once inside, you are greeted by two to three officers of the law as you go through a metal detector and your baggage (purse, breifcase, etc.)is checked to weapons. The first floor is beautiful and the building is very quiet. There is a statue (I didn't bother it see who the statue commemorates but it was apparently a renowned as the statue was very prominent as you walk in the building. The inside of the building was absolutely beautiful as you walk to the elevator as you will see in the pictures I provided. The building looks new. Its neat, very clean and nicely decorated. The elevator is extremely slow and for a moment, I thought we may have been stuck but the doors finally opened to the 4th floor. The courtrooms are located on the 4th floor and this floor has been pretty busy each time I've had to go there. I've been there four time. The view from the fourth floor as you look down to the first floor is beautiful (inside the building). Its especially interesting because the building is round. The actual courtrooms are clean, neat and uniform and very quiet even with all the people in attendance. The parking lot is huge and although you may not find a parking spot directly in front of the door, you will always be able to find a parking space. The building is large and very easy to see as you drive by.
