TransAm Trucking

This is a personal review for Cornell Collins the Training and development manager.
When I started at Trans Am I wasn’t so sure if I was gonna get the hang of the backing. The school I went to didn’t teach me well enough for me to be confident. However Cornell is amazing with his training skills. I think this gentleman need a bonus or a raise.. if I could give him a 100 thumbs up I definitely would. Thank you so much sir your awesome

I am currently at the Rockwall TX terminal going through orientation. Cornell Collins is the best instructor I have ever met. He has a way of making everything make so understandable. He is very passionate about his craft and he has inspired the passion in me also. I came to Trans Am straight out of school with little understanding of what being a truck driver was about. After spending 3 days with Mr. Collins I have a much better understanding of the procedures necessary to be a safe and successful truck driver. I have e utmost respect for Mr. Collins and I consider it a major blessing to have crossed paths with this man. We need more teacher like Mr. Collins. Thanks Trans Am and Mr. Collins!!!
