I absolutely love Taco Bell! That being said, my favorite thing about this particular location is one of the employees! She knows me by name and doesn’t hesitate to speak/talk to me every time I come through the drive through! Unfortunately, I don’t know her name! Just for now, I will be back to give her 5 stars for being understanding, pleasant, courteous, helpful, professional!

Ordering on the app is the way to go!
We visit this taco bell rather frequently and 9/10 it hits the mark. Hot food, good portions. But occasionally we'll get a weak taco or cold potatoes. But it's never enough to turn us off from our next visit.

The food was actually good for once. Most T bells the pita bread is hard or soggy. This time it was actually fresh and tasted good. And I think they do something different with the meat here because I usually have to blow up a toilet 30 minutes after I eat, but this time I actually didn't have too for once.

The staff was very nice to my sister & I even with our food allergens. They made sure we didn't get over charged and that food was right. The lady who took our order to come back which was really sweet. We aren't from Texas otherwise we likely would come back as it was my best taco bell experience so far. :)

These ladies are so nice and the facility is always clean.

The local staff are great! They really work hard to give you are good experience. I highly recommend them. The corporate folks seem very disconnected and end up causing as many issues as the solve. So do yourself a favor and go in see the great folks at this location!

We rented 2 large units for our 5000+ sf of home furnishings while house hunting. The management was very professional and execeded our expectations. We highly recommend this facility in Rockwall!

They have a great place very clean and great Customer service especially from an employee Debbie King. She was very helpful and respectful and just seemed to be a nice person all around. Great job guys!!?
