The Good Feet Store

I have had recurrent pain with my back and left knee. I went to Good Feet Store in ROCKWALL 2 days ago and Jill helped me with information and measuring for orthotics to put in my shoes. When I tried them, I felt taller immediately and no pain at all! I didn’t realize how much correct support for feet can affect all the muscles used in walking! I have deliberately spent more time walking today and still no pain or extreme fatigue!! I highly recommend checking with them for anyone experiencing chronic pain with legs or back. Jill was GREAT!

I have had foot pain for over three years and I finally did something about it. I went to the good feet store in Rockwall. I was lucky enough to have Kat help me find the perfect solution to my problem. She did such a great job with me. So I asked her to help my husband. His feet weren’t hurting but he has had lower back pain since I met him 22 years ago. We are now out walking every day and enjoying it. Rockwall store ,Super friendly, and clean. I got what I needed to help my planterfsci on my feet, thanks to a wonderful gentleman James. with a awesome
personality and was very informative. He asked all the right questions and answered mine. Plus a foot massager which I am using now. The socks I received is also a plus. Save the Best thing last, my inserts really is a Huge comfort and relief. Oh and the shoes with the inserts in them is wonderful.

I have a lot to say! I was diagnosed with plantar fasciitis 15 years ago, and visit a podiatrist every other year to update orthotics. These custom orthotics definitely helped. However, I would still have foot fatigue and flare ups. I have had steroid shots, foot wrapping, and various suggestions to follow.
This week I visited the Rockwall store after making an online appointment. They were short staffed for the day and the district manager introduced himself upon my entering and apologized although I was 15 minutes early. I almost said I would come another day. The store is so bare with graphics on the wall and a rack of about a half dozen Brooks running shoes. However, within minutes I was helped. The attention that he and his associate Jill gave me was remarkable. I cannot imagine the service any more exceptional when they are fully staffed. I learned more about my feet in that one hour than the 8 visits I have made to my podiatrist.
Jill completed my assessment and guided me through the orthotic “system”. As per the appointment suggestions, I brought a few pair of my shoes and all the orthotics I owned. Because she also has plantar fasciitis and was a customer of Good Feet prior to her employment I had plenty of questions for her. It was important to me to get an experienced viewpoint on how to have your feet supported in a wide variety of shoes for women.
Some noted differences in these orthotics in exceptional design is the way it supports my ENTIRE foot, not just my high I step. These keep my feet straighter than my customs. Also the foot pad cover is separate so it makes hand washing so much easier. Because of my high arch, the foot pad includes an arch “ activator”? Idk but it keeps my toes from gripping and relaxes my feet! Plus these have a lifetime guarantee!
My visit was well timed because there was an incredible sale on Brooks running shoes and because this addressed a medical need of mine I was able to use my Heath Savings Account !

I’m excited about being able to walk “normal” again and not wobble. Kat at the Rockwall Store was very helpful and helped get me in a comfortable shoes with inserts .
I’m very pleased with the results and pleasantly surprised that I got everything on the first visit:)
