“I had some banking issues and went to our local Chase Bank on Horizon Road here in Rockwall. I usually just do drive thru and ATM but this time I had to go in because of my situation. Marsha greeted me at the door. They were super busy but she listened to me explain what was going on patiently. I got a little emotional because I had been waiting on a deposit to hit my account and it was delayed. In the meantime I had automatic drafts coming out leaving me in a terrible spot. She was able to calm me down and assured me everything would be ok. She immediately looked at my account and helped me with a resolution. Marsha is amazing! She was very understanding and professional. I hope she knows and feels how important she is to Chase Bank. During these trying times it is important to know people obviously love what they do and take the time for their customers. “Super nice rooms, perfect for a 1-2 night stay. Clean mattress, covers, etc. and staff were very friendly. I’d definitely take valuable belongings inside from your car though, as you should with every motel/hotel. Bathroom shower had a couple of stains but I think that’s just from age than anything else (room 124). Would recommend!”
