“I was suddenly “terminated” from my health insurance company. I was seated in an Oncology clinic waiting for my first appointment when they notified me that my insurance was no longer active. I was recently diagnosed with a malignant tumor and I was only 3 days away from a major and much needed surgery. Anxious and confused my partner reached out to Diane Eller. Diane works with my partner’s business for her employee’s health insurance needs. Diane contacted me right away and we were immediately on a conference call with the health insurance company getting to the source. The Health insurance company refused to reinstate my plan and did not want to “investigate” the issue. Over the next three days Diane was on the phone day and night working to get my insurance reinstated. She updated me throughout each day with status reports. She was honest giving me the progress notes as well as anything hindering the progress. Diane had a plan for any outcome. She was calm and professional. She spoke with confidence and a level of knowledge that went unmatched as she spoke to the multiple representatives each day. The evening before my surgery I received a call from my health insurance company that they were going to allow the reinstatement of my health insurance. “I just had my shingles replaced by Rise Up Roofing and the experience was great. These guys are top notch. They brought color samples to help in picking a color and talked to me about how things would go down. They let me know they would have someone on site at all times to oversee the work, which they did. The roofers did excellent work. The shingles are all lined up straight and they went above what I expected to prevent any damage to gutters, plants and items on my porch. It was obvious that this was not their team's first rodeo. They worked hard to do a good cleanup and make it look like they had never been there. I have a steep roof but they still made fast work of it, getting a large roof done in one day. They had the materials delivered that morning so they weren't sitting in my drive more than was needed. They also use the types of materials that makes your roof stand out. I can say that my roof definitely looks much classier than before. Neighbors have given their thumbs up and were impressed with the speed and quality of the work. I highly recommend Rise Up Roofing. They knew I was a little anxious about getting this done and they gave me a good feeling about it every step of the way.”

“Definitely love Costco. We also have a Sam's membership, and have a Sam's about 6 blocks from our house, BUT we still prefer Costco. I trust the quality of Costco carried products more than Sam's. They also have some really good beef hot dogs! Sam's used to carry some good dogs in a 10lb box, but they stopped carrying them. Luckily Costco has a good product that does the trick. This is a nice, clean store. The people are helpful and pleasant. Well worth the drive for us from East Dallas.”

Finally, I was told, if I came in before they “closed” at 8:00 I would be seen that night. I got my shot by 9:45pm. Who stays that late to help people anymore. Very impressed and thankful.
