The store manager Derrick Lipton was very professional. He explained everything well and was friendly. The grounds and the office were clean and well kept. He was also patient and helped us select the perfect music.
It means a lot when the service speaks volumes.

I only have one suggestion. The lobby is extremely quiet. All you hear is the clock ticking when you are waiting. It would be nice if there was a TV and or radio playing in the background.

Overall you got my business because of Derrick. He was awesome!!!

After three months of renting from this facility, my payment was increased by $40 each month. I contacted the facility and expressed my concern to Derek. He was very pleasant and understanding and worked with me to reduce my monthly payment. I'm so grateful for Derek's help.

Derrick was very helpful with any and all questions I had. Very nice and clean facility. Walked through to show different storage units to help decide which one would be best suited for what I needed. Would definitely recommend.

Derrick was very professional and informative. The only reason you didn't get a 5 is because it's very expensive. I noticed most companies give a free month as well as discounts.

I would like to specify that my five star review is solely for my recent interaction with Justin, who was very pleasant and helpful when taking my payment over the phone. In the past my experience with another “gentleman” at this location was very lackluster, and I was considering closing my account, but after speaking with Justin, I feel a lot more comfortable continuing to store my things there. Would recommend to a friend or family member.

I give this place two thumbs up. There was fast and courteous service. If it was closer to my home I would be here often.

I love to come here and study. They have a good selection of drinks and snacks too. If it's not too windy and the aspects of temperature are ideal, the outside would be great for a gathering of people.

I love this location. They get the orders right the majority of the time (only once had two items incorrect), and the baristas are very friendly. Easy access as well. Great store.
