Chiloso Mexican Bistro

This Chiloso was super clean and really well kept, which immediately stood out. I ordered a chicken bowl and every single ingredient tasted fresh and high quality — from the rice to the salsa and especially the guacamole, which was some of the freshest I’ve had. The portion size was generous, and the value for what you get is genuinely great.

We dined in, and there were plenty of tables available with a relaxed, casual atmosphere that still felt nice and inviting. Service was friendly and quick without feeling rushed. It’s one of those places where you can tell they care about the freshness and presentation of what they’re serving.

Overall, I’d definitely recommend stopping here if you’re in the area. It’s a great option for a quick but high-quality meal that doesn’t feel like fast food — I’ll definitely be coming back.

We had a fantastic first visit to Chiloso Mexican Bistro in Royse City. Christian and Cason were incredibly welcoming and took the time to walk us through the menu. Special shout out to Yoa for being warm and attentive. We will be back because of her!
The quesadilla had the perfect crunch, the salmon bowl was filling, and the bar and TVs were an unexpected surprise.

The food was DELICIOUS. We had the choose-your-own-ingredients-bowls, and their ingredients are too notch. You also have the option of ordering dinners that are prepared and brought to your table. The service is friendly enough but human contact of this semi-cafeteria-style eatery is kept to a minimum. The atmosphere is likewise a little on the cold/sterile side. Mind you, that won't keep me from going back. We were traveling and stopped here for dinner, otherwise we would have taken advantage of their craft beer and full bar offerings.
