I admire the female manager that runs this shop. She knows what she is doing. And her staff continue the level of service when she’s off work.
Firestone is lucky to have her. And she does need more staff.
I moved to Oregon and luckily found another Firestone that has the same level of commitment as this woman manager does here. I miss her. The female manager excels at her job and is a role model how other Firestone’s should be ran.
I never cared for Firestone before a chance visit at this location in Raymore, Missouri.

I had a blow out on interstate with my two children in car. After waiting 2 hours for tow truck driver to put on spare tire which was flat. I made it to station 10 miles down road to put air in tire then drive to Firestone. Spoke with Eric who was very understanding. They were covered up and only open a couple more hours. He had no available mechanic but looked at by blown tire and the others and I bought 2 new tires and he personally changed them out with a positive attitude and smile. He was really great and had my babies and me back on the road and safe.

I have not been to a dentist in about 10-15 years except for emergency tooth extractions. I was asked by a friend to come give Fate Dental a try so I did. I was very pleasantly surprised. Everyone was super nice and were really concerned about my mouth issues. They listened to my past issues with dentist and assured me they will not let that happen to me there. I even setup a second appointment for a cleaning next week.

I loved the dental hygienist I had today. She was very friendly and informative.
The office is always on top of it. I get reminder emails, texts and phone calls ahead so it makes it easy to remember when I need to come in and they start well in advance that I’m able to reschedule if need be.

I have gone to many dentists in my time and this is the best one I've ever experienced. Very thorough, staff is amazing as if one has known them previously to the visit. Personally, I think he saved my well being. God bless this practice.

My kids have gone to this dentist for roughly 8-9 years. Not one time have I ever had a complaint. From the front desk to the assistants to the dentist. They make my kids feel comfortable and there is always smiling faces. I would never see another dentist. Keep up the amazing work!!!

Aside, from not getting a call before about the cost of the Gold Star plan changing we had a great visit. I was told I should’ve received the call, but I never did and did not have a voicemail/phone call in my phone. A heads up that we would have to spend more money than we are used to would have been appreciated. That being said my son is 5 and always has a great experience with every hygienist and doctor. He never feels scared or uncomfortable and is always excited to go to the dentist.
