(November 11, 2022, 11:15 am)I was assigned to Wicker Plumbing through American Home Shield. I called in to get scheduled and was given a time slot between 9am-1pm. Got a text at 9 that Andrew was heading over, and they showed up at 9:40. Andrew and Tim were really nice and professional, even put on shoe covers (i'm serious, it's not easy to find people that care to do that).
Found out that the water heater was the root cause after they did some checks. Andrew walked me through the process and next steps. After wrapping up with AHS, i needed to get scheduled for the replacement. They scheduled me for the NEXT DAY. i have family coming through so this was really appreciated.
Next day Tim and John came to swap and install the new water heater. they showed up on time and got things set up in like an hour. Throughout the process there were no hiccups, things went smooth, couldn't ask for more.
Overall great experience, i would definitely recommend these guys.

(August 30, 2022, 10:22 am)It's the luck of the draw when you use a home warranty because you have no say in the service provider they send out. I got lucky because these guys were excellent. They removed their wet shoes at the door and were very accommodating to my requests to not let pets escape or wake a sleeping toddler. They were professional and courteous and got the job done quickly, explaining what needed to be replaced or repaired. Very happy with their service and would definitely want to use them again.
(June 13, 2022, 1:18 pm)Amazing company and extremely responsive to our 2 plumbing "emergencies" that happened over the last year. Same day service, quick to resolve the problems, didn't break the bank, and all repairs came with a warranty!! Gotta love that. Will recommend their services to everyone.
