Owners are humble and kind. It is a awesome place for kids to play in a secure area while adults visit. So much more than a beer garden. They are always trying to improve menu. Have been here for group, date, girls gathering and even if the service may lag a little at times, why go if your in a rush? I mean don’t set yourself up for frustration instead of relaxation. All around Royse City is grateful for a nice place to gather and enjoy open air concepts. Thank you for investing in our downtown and our community. With the visit or two🇺🇸
Great atmosphere and truly family friendly. Love the outdoor setting and the misters and fans create a great respite from the heat.
Great selection of beers- just wish the glasses were colder (but the owner Cody told us we can get these upon request, so good to know) 3 of my 4 canned beers were cold, the last beer can was somewhat warm. Small detail, but nothing like an ice cold beer when it's hot out.
Food was ok. I think as the place begins to gain its footing, more emphasis on the flavors and presentation will come. Won't judge it just yet.
Will definitely come back as it was a great place to hang out and watch the game and enjoy some music from the DJ afterwards.
Me and my daughter went on a Friday night around 6:30 and had a 45 minute wait, as expected. They had the patio reserved for a party which was a bummer. It was perfect weather and the whole patio was closed. Not cool.
So we sat "inside" and it was ok. We went to the bar to get a drink while we waited. The bat staff was not friendly or in a hurry, which was not cool. Two of the 4 frozen drink machines were down and the only menu for beer was on a digital sign right above the bar. If you step back to look at the sign then you are in the way of staff. No menus at the bar. And we weren't acknowledged when we walked up.
We were seated about 10 minutes before our designated time. The tables are picnic tables and community style. You share a table with another party. Luckily, our table had some cool chick's already sitting there.
The waiter was charming but didn't bring us plates for our appetizer. He also forgot to take everyone's order so one person got their food when the rest were done.
We ordered the chicken meatballs for an appetizer and they would have been excellent if they had not been overcooked. Since we didn't have appetizer plates we had a hard time cutting into them.
I have the boracho slider and it was a bit spicy and good but also dry. My daughter had the Chickenladatex and it was very spicy.
Our table mates had the Greek sliders and they said they were excellent.
I'll be back and order the loaded fries as an appetizer and the Greek sliders. Maybe it will be better.
Overall it had a cool vibe but it sucked ALOT that the whole outside was closed on a Friday night and on one of the best nights of the year.
Unlike anything else local! We’ve needed a place like this for a while. Been twice for a date night and had a great experience both times. Surprisingly warm inside during the winter because of the fire features and liner they put up around the caged walls. Love love love the brisket cheese fries and all of the options for drinks. It’s also great that they don’t just have beer - there really is something for everyone. Including a kids menu! Can’t wait to come out in the summer to enjoy the open patio. Well done, Native Station. Keep up the good work!
Really nice group of people, and a very cool venue. Dozens of beer and drink selections. Good looking menu too. I like the small town feel and character maintained with the decor. I’m looking forward to many visits back.
