“The factory overhead storage console's door keeper broke on my '05 F150. The door swings down and will not stay shut, this blocks the rear view mirror. I had to visit Rockwall Ford to order the console ($185). Hopefully it'll fit and match the color. We'll see. UPDATE: The overhead storage compartment came in! I was contacted by Rockwall Ford to pick it up. The compartment was the correct color and fits perfectly.”

The Manager “ALI KHAN” was working relentlessly and provided me and my teammate showers ASAP. He was just amazing. The store this evening was neat and clean. We were greeted when we entered and when we were leaving . There was a nice worker there named “Scott” went beyond keeping my hot water mug while I was showering. What can I say about all the amazing ladies working there this evening? Just wonderful!!! Great job Love’s!!! Will always stopped here on my way to Texas. Good Job Manager ALI KHAN. “I really can't say enough about this amazing company! Missy, Manuel and everyone on the team....they truly are the best of the best! I called needing help with a bee hive that was in my water meter box in my front yard. Missy was so sweet and helped set up an appointment with Manuel for the same day!. He came out (really professional and so great to work with) and rescued the bees and even saved some of the honey for us!! He did a great job and did it in the 100 degree heat too! All with a smile on his face! They sent us photos and followed up with recommendations on how to help ensure a new "Queen Bee" didn't decide to move in to our water meter box in the future! “I got tired of waiting in line at the big chain pharmacies or waiting 25+ min on the phone to talk to someone. I’ve been so happy with the customer service here at Fate Pharmacy because they go above and beyond. Most times I need a prescription, I call as I leave the pediatrician’s office in downtown Rockwall and 9 times out of 10, they have it ready by the time I arrive (about 10 min). They offer free curbside which is so convenient with littles in the car. I cannot say enough about how thankful I am for a more efficient and helpful pharmacist!”
