After over 4 years of extreme pain I had a hip replacement. 2.5 weeks after surgery Rick tossed me in the pool and after the first session I felt less pain and more mobility. My next Doctor visit the staff was shocked how I progressed so well because of all of the great positive helpful staff at Humpal. I would .Recommend Warm Pool Therapy to everyone and all the wonderful people at Humpal Thank You.

I’ve been coming to Humple therapy and working out in the heated swimming pool for the last five years. Every time, every workout and I get better and better. Tabatha has been a great help to me and an inspiration. She has turned into a good friend. The new addition to the family this year is Ella and I really like her, she’s funny and we get along great and I think she’ll be here for long time. I wouldn’t be in this good of health and shape if it wasn’t for Humble Therapy and Rick and all of the helpers, including the front office staff all deserve the highest praise.
