  Felt very blessed to get a room on labor day weekend after my friend decided he needed a room instead of going camping after a full day of swimming and fishing.

  Quiet. Clean. If you have to be in the area for work this is a good place to stay. Stores and places to eat close by. Just have to work a deal with the hotel on price. Granny's Tamales is around the corner!

  The staff is very kind. I had an issue with the room and they fixed it immediately. It's not a 5 star hotel, but the people here are nice and the rooms are spacious

  Our other hotel (booked through an online 3rd party) cancelled on us 3 days before our trip. I found Studio6 had availability in a nearby town and it was affordable. It had decent reviews so we booked it. We stayed in Ingleside which was close enough for our adventures in Corpus and Port A. The room was very clean with a kitchenette and a nice bathroom. Coffee pot and coffee packets with very basic coffee accouterments, iron and ironing board. There is no hair dryer in the room. Lots of hot water in the shower and clean towels. The beds were comfortable enough but the pillows were too thin, without cushioning; but that’s a first world problem. The blackout curtain let the very bright light from the parking lot in around the edges, but we survived. Free coffee in the lobby in the morning. Staff was proficient. For the price and location, this was a good deal.
