“I never had anyone to me pass away before and when I called the full home I was helped by a nice lady named Carlene just a God send how she helped me handle my loved ones request to be cremated when he passed. I had alot of questions and Carlene was so patient and understanding with me,my aunt, and my step sister. All got all my questions answered and they didn't even charge to have my fathers remains transferred from one place to another without any charges for transferring him to his final resting place. I was very pleased with the service I got and to know my loved one was cared for deeply by the nursing home where he passes. Thank you for all your help Carlene!”

“After googling the reviews and a friend highly recommending I go to the Ingleside Metro ( I live in A.P. only 5 blocks from the Metro Store) I decided to give it a try. From the moment I walked in the door I was greeted by Laura who immediately welcomed me into the store. As I was approaching the counter, Stephanie asked how I was doing and how she could help me. Right then and there I knew I was in the right place. This young woman made me feel like I was the most important person in the world. Not only was she very knowledgeable she was also able to quickly assess my needs and get me the exact phone I needed. After making my purchase, she sets up the number to the phone I see her get a bag and put the box and phone in it and I was like “your done”???? Every provider I have ever been to have taken between 2-4 hours. Hands down this is the best experience I have ever had in all the 27 years that I’ve had cellular service. Thanks for living up to your reviews . I will definitely highly recommend my friends and family to go to your store. “This place was very clean. The staff was very courteous. Ian who was there running the breakfast, was on point! Loved the Texas sized waffles shaped like the state of Texas at the breakfast bar. The breakfast overall was awesome! If i lived close by i would go just for the breakfast and to say hi to Ian and the rest of the folks there. I will definitely be back next time I'm in town. I enjoyed having a full size fridge and stove in my room! Overall this place is great.”
