Lands End Apartments

We needed a short term lease during our home renovation. There were issues upon moving in regarding cleanliness. The management was quick to resolve this, including pre-existing damages. Rent was discounted a bit for the issues. Kids enjoyed the pool. Friendly staff. Overall an okay experience.

My wife and I lived here for 2 years starting in May 2019 and loved every minute of it. Managers Barbara and Roy really do their best to make it a nice place to live, and the Maintenance team is awesome as well! Would definitely recommend this apartment complex to anyone!

So when we moved in about 2 years ago me and My fiancé were barely moving into our first apartments! I rented 3 different apartments 1 upstairs and 2 downstairs! All apartments were ready when we moved in and if there was a small problem they’ll fix it right away for us! I have nothing but good things to say about Roy and Barbara really kind people and always was there to help me with anything I had questions with awesome people and property managers! I know people complain about the maintenance here but man all I can say is that those guys really did there best to fix anything that broke and always had great attitudes and always friendly I’m going to be moving soon back to my hometown due to work but man all I have to say is thanks for the memories and every beautiful view I had every morning looking out of my window seeing the water and the sunsets are the best. If I ever come back and need to stay here This will definitely be a place I’ll look at first!

Cute little apartments right on shore

This apartment complex really needs some TLC. After the hurricane it looks like they painted over mold.... Also, inside walls are cracked and painted over. Looks like foundation issues, at least in my friends apartment. I considered moving there but changed my mind. Sorry.. The staff, however; very friendly!
