  I previously rated them a 3 because they were so slow due to a bad check reader. They must have fixed it because I haven't had any problems recently. What else can I say, they are a bank, if you can prove that you don't need a loan then they can help ????????????

  Staff used to be insanely pushy about selling services. The new staff that was put in about a year ago or so has dramatically increased the quality of the service. Yes, they will still try to get you to open an account, etc (they wouldn't be doing a good job if they didn't), but they won't ask you 5 times, every single time you go there anymore.
