1. CARFAX is provided
2. This is a business and Ali DOES try to help you when it is REASONABLE

3. Ali had the oil changed before i purchased the vehicle upon request (transmission fluid looked poor but i did not bring it up and it came out of my pocket )

4. The price i paid for the vehicle was NOT far off from the private market value so i AM CONENT with the price i paid

5. i have put on 25k + miles and the vehicle is doing GOOD
that means his pre screenings are OKAY (at least for this vehicle)
it also was a Toyota which is already a reliable brand

6. Ali is not rude, he may appear as rude due to his tone of voice but you must realize he is running a business and does not want to waste his time, for CUSTOMER SERVICE i give 8/10

7. SOME of his vehicles are priced ABOVE market value some are priced at DECENT value (this is his business he can price at whatever he wants) DO YOUR OWN MARKET RESEARCH
