Dr. Chai takes such good care of my elderly mother. She takes time to really explain everything to us and never rushes. She truly cares and is a true blessing to any patient she sees. She is a true gem. 1/24/20 HOWEVER, getting anyone on the phone in the office is a true nightmare.
Jinping is so knowledgeable and very detailed with her work. If you ask her a questions and her answer you don’t understand the full answer, she will show you what she is talking about.
Out of all of the doctors I have ever had, she is the most caring and genuine I have come across. Her office staff is also really kind and amazing as well.
Very professional doctor. Greets you with a smile. Staff is very friendly. Wait time was minimal compared to other offices I've been to. Would highly recommend.
Dr. Chai is personable, caring, and open to other ways of treating non emergency issues. We love her!!
