I could not believe how fast I got a response to my email. Within two hours I had already spoken to three different people. The last person that I spoke with was Trevor and he’s extremely helpful and knowledgeable. So far I’ve been very pleased with the results that I’ve been getting and waiting on my consultation

I haven’t had my first visit yet but the intake process was easy! I spoke with Trevor and he answered a lot of questions I had about the process. So far the office seems very kind, quick scheduling, and easy to contact! Will update after my visit :)

Everyone has been extremely helpful and accommodating. I am in the beginning of the process and in a bit of a time crunch to get things done in a certain time frame. I’m not sure if it will happen - dealing with insurance approvals and surgery schedules - but they are certainly trying on their end. All their responses have been very quick and I already have a consult scheduled this week. I will make updates as the process continues.

Such a welcoming experience. Rhonda did an amazing job getting every niche of detail needed. I am very pleased to say that I am happy with an initial conversation. It’s like they say the first impression is a lasting impression.
